CoFe和CoFeNi纳米软磁性薄膜材料的电沉积研究——加拿大纽芬兰纪念大学张亚辉教授

11月21日,加拿大纽芬兰纪念大学张亚辉教授受我院邀请,于十教606做了“CoFe和CoFeNi纳米软磁性薄膜材料的电沉积研究”的报告。我院多名教师及研究生到场聆听。

张亚辉教授首先介绍了CoFe 与CoFeNi 合金的应用领域。针对传统电镀液沉积CoFe和CoFeNi薄膜材料,采用低PH导致溶液稳定性低,易产生沉淀;并由于氢还原导致电流效率低、制备薄膜孔隙率高等问题,通过引入络合剂-柠檬酸铵作稳定剂,开发了新的稳定、具有较高pH(自然pH)的电镀液。张教授采用自主开发的电镀液具有很高的稳定性,采用该电解液沉积的CoFe 与CoFeNi薄膜材料均匀、致密,具有优异的磁性强度。

报告结束后,大家积极进行学术探讨,针对师生们的提问,张亚辉教授给出了重要的建设性意见。

张亚辉教授简介:

Dr. Yahui Zhang joined the Department of Process Engineering at Memorial University of Newfoundland in January, 2016. Before that, he was a professor at Northeastern University in China. He had worked as a Senior Metallurgist in Beijing General Research Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (BGRIMM) for 9 years.

He earned his first Ph.D. degree in Mineral Processing from Central South University in 1996, and second Ph.D. degree in Materials Engineering from University of Alberta, Canada, in 2005.

His research interests lie in the areas of extractive metallurgy of precious and nonferrous metals, designing and finding of new reagents for mineral flotation and metal extraction, and preparation of nanomaterials by electrochemical methods. He has published more than 90 papers in peer reviewed journals and conference proceedings, and filed 13 patent applications, of which eight have been granted.
